He obtained his JD from the Universidad Panamericana, and is Certified by the CNBV as an Independent External Auditor and Compliance Officer of financial entities in matters of prevention of operations with resources of illicit origin, and by the UIF as Compliance Officer obligations of the Anti-Laundering Law. In the area of ​​litigation, he has successfully defended exchange centers, sofomes and money transmitters against the imposition of fines and acts of authority, as well as obligated subjects of the Anti-Money Laundering Law. He is a compliance consultant for anti-money laundering regulations in the commercial sector. At 18, he was the founding reporter of Grupo Reforma's Mural Newspaper, worked in the State Congress and developed a career in companies in the real estate and construction industry.

Obtained his JD with honors in Mexico and my LLM in International Law from the University of Arizona, where he was a Fulbright scholar.In Banking litigation, he has been involved in cases against banks to recover money stolen through unacknowledged charges, stolen checks, and wire transfers.  In Insurance disputes, he has worked on cases related to fire damage and personal injury.Worked as a foreign associate at McNeil and Partners, a law firm located in Washington D.C., and completed an internship in Thomas, Barristers & Solicitors in Vancouver, B.C.  Over the last few years, he has been working on foreign investment projects as well as banking and insurance related matters.
